Dosage: Children 6 to under 12 years: 2 teaspoons (10mL). Children under 6 years: Do not use. Take every 6 hours or as directed by a doctor. Maximum 6 doses/day.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough medication to seriously harm a child. Do not exceed the single and maximum daily dose. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients. Stop use if allergic reactions such as wheezing or itching develops.Overdose may result in serious harm. Do not give with other cough suppressants, antihistamines, nasal decongestants or any other cough and cold medications since harm may occur. Talk to a doctor prior to combining with sedatives, tranquilizers, medication for high blood pressure, or any other medications. Stop use and talk to a doctor if symptoms or cough worsen or persist for for more than 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever, the production of thick yellow/green phlegm, rash or persistent headache, as these could be signs of a serious condition. Do not use if child is allergic or hypersensitive to any ofthe listed ingredients. Discontinue use if allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash, or itching develop. Side effects may include: allergic reaction, breathing difficulties, convulsions, drowsiness, hallucinations and rapid heart rate. Talk to a doctor before use if child has high blood pressure, diabetes, heart or thyroid disease,  breathing problems, chronic cough or chronic lung disease (e.g. chronic bronchitis, asthma,  or emphysema), glaucoma, difficulty in urination or is under a doctor’s care. Do not use if child is now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) or other medications for depression, psychiatric, or emotion conditions or Parkinson’s disease, or for 2 weeks after stopping the medication. If you are not sure if your prescription medication contains one of these drugs, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Product may cause drowsiness or excitability. Do not use when child is engaged in activities requiring mental alertness. Sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately, even if there are no symptoms.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each 5mL or 1 teaspoon (tsp.) contains: 
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg 
Brompheniramine Maleate 2mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid, flavour, maltol, propylene glycol, sodium benzoate, sodium cyclamate, sorbitol and water.
