What is Becodefence Plus Allergy Spray?
Becodefence Plus provides 2 in 1 defence against allergy symptoms by preventing them from developing and reducing sensitivity to allergens. The formula is fast and effective, as it gets to work in just 3 minutes, which is 5 times faster than traditional hay fever tablets. Becodefence Plus can be used for hay fever, dust mite and pet allergies. It contains a patented combination of oil and emulsifiers which stop allergy symptoms and provides protection against nasal allergens. The gentle spray is drug and steroid free and is suitable for adults and children over the age of 12, including pregnant and breast-feeding women. What causes allergy symptoms?
An allerg is your body’s reaction to a particular substanc. Allergies are common and are thought to affect around 1 in 4 people at some point in their lives. Most allergic reactions are mild and can be kept under control. Common allergies include:
Grass and tree pollen (also known as hay fever)
Dust mites
Animal dander (tiny flakes of animal skin or hair)
Food
Insect bites and stings
Mould 
Mild allergies can cause a variety of symptoms including:
Sneezing
A runny or blocked nose
Red, itchy, watery eyes
Wheezing and coughing
Red, itchy rashes
Worsening of asthma or eczema symptoms
 
How can Becodefence Plus help to relieve allergy symptoms?
Becodefence Plus contains a unique Thixotropic formula which becomes fluid when shaken for easy and effective application. After the spray has been applied it settles onto the nasal lining as  a gel which blocks allergens from making contact. Becodefence Plus Spray has an effective double action that firstly:
Defuses pollen rapidly
Supporting fast clearance of allergens
Forming a microgel barrier to prevent against further irritation 
The second action of this product is to reduce sensitivity to allergy triggers. This is achieved with its therapeutic oil that has anti-allergic properties and acts as a mast-cell stabiliser, which is a medicine that can help to prevent or control allergies. 
How to use this product
Use this product as soon as you feel the first symptoms of mild allergic reactions, before the reaction has fully developed. Prime the spray by shaking the bottle vigorously at least 4 time whilst holding the bottle upright. Tip the bottle upside down and shake again 4 times. Remove the cap from the bottle and prepare the spray by pumpling several small sprays into the air before initial use. Apply 1 – 2 sprays into each nostril 2 – 3 times per day. Each application lasts for up to 6 hours. Ensure you blow your nose before each application. Whilst using this product you may experience a slightly blocked nose during the first hour of use, but this will ease quickly and disappear with subsequent use. Discontinue use if you experience any severe irritation or discomfort after application. 
When NOT to use Becodefence
Do NOT use this product if you are allergic to sesame seed oil or  any of the ingredients (see ingredients list for full list). This product is NOT suitable for children under the age of 12. Seek advice from your doctor or a Chemist4U pharmacist if you have diabetes BEFORE using this product.
