Canesten Oral Combi-Pack Oral Capsule + External Cream 1% 10g

For the treatment of vaginal yeast infections. CanesOral is easy to use because one capsule provides a full course of therapy and most women get symptom relief within 24 hours. Relieves itching, burning, and irritations associated with vaginal yeast infections. Canesten External Cream relieves external itching, burning and irritations associated with vaginal yeast infections.

Directions: Adults: Take one capsule by mouth. Do not take more than one dose for this infection. Squeeze a small amount of cream onto your finger and spread over the irritated vaginal area. Use the cream once or twice a day as needed for up to 7 consecutive days to relieve external vaginal itching. Consult a doctor if: there is no improvement in 3 days or if symptoms have no disappeared within 7 days; symptoms return with 2 months.

Warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing; allergic to fluconazole, others azoles (e.g. clotrimazole, miconazole) or other ingredients in this product; taking allergy drugs (e.g. astermizole/terfenadine) or cisapride. Consult doctor before use if: you have not previously had a vaginal yeast infection diagnosed by a doctor (symptoms include itching and burning of the vagina and, sometimes, a white discharge); using in children under 12 years old; you are at increased risk for sexually transmitted diseases or change partners often; you have abdominal pain, fever, or foul-smelling dischange before or during use of this medication. Canesten External Cream may reduce the effectiveness and safety of latex products (e.g. condoms and diaphragms) and vaginal spermicides. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if foil on blister is broken. Do not use if foil at mouth of tube is broken or missing. Store between 15°C and 30°C.

Medicinal Ingredients: 150mg Fluconazole and 1% Clotrimazole
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Oral Capsule: colloidal silicon dioxide, D&C Red #7, gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, pregelatinized starch, propylene glycol, shellac, sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide.
External Cream: benzyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, octyldodecanol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, water.
