I am only on day 17 (recommended you take for two months) but I feel it is already helping my hormonal acne and mood swings! It has a strong odour but it smells like plastic so it’s doable. Highly recommend!
They smell awful but all supplements that regulate hormones have a scent. My naturapath recommends them. I switched to cheaper brand at one point and my awful pms came back and periods were irregular again. Back on this one again, hoping to regulate my cycles quickly!
