Recommended Use
Helps to maintain and/or support cardiovascular health. Helps to reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and associated nausea and vomiting when taken as a prophylactic/preventative. Provides antioxidants.
 
Directions
(Adults): Take one (1) teaspoon per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed with a glass of water. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
