How Covonia Double Impact Cough Drops Original work
The double impact cough drops work in two ways. One half warms your mouth and throat whilst the other half releases powerful menthol vapours. 
The cough drops are designed to treat the symptoms of a sore throat, red throat and disorders of the pharynx that are accompanied by irritation.
 
Directions
Always take Covonia Double Impact Cough Drops Original exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. 
Place the drop in the mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly. 
Do not take more than 10 per day.
 
Side effects
Covonia cough drops may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody.

Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness. 
 
Warnings
These cough drops may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these drops if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have an intolerance to certain sugars.
If you have a history of heart problems please talk to your doctor before taking this product.

These cough drops are not suitable for diabetics. 
In the case of bacterial infection accompanied by a fever, additional treatment is necessary. 
 
Using/taking other medicines

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding 
It is not recommended to use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 
 
Age restrictions 
This product is not recommended for children under 12 years old due to it being a potential choking hazard.
 
Storage information
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
