Directions: Adults and children 6 years and older: Use after brushing and flossing, rinse with water then rinse with 20mL of Crest Pro-Health Multi-Protection. Use for 30 seconds twice daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use. Do not swallow.
