Medicinal Ingredients: 313mg Alginic Acid (derived from brown seaweed), 63mg Magnesium Carbonate/tablet.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Fruit Blend: (alpha) calcium stearate, fruit flavour, sodium bicarbonate, sugar. 
Butterscotch: (alpha) butterscotch flavour, calcium stearate,  sodium bicarbonate, sugar. 
Cherry: (alpha) calcium stearate, cherry flavour, sodium bicarbonate, sugar. 
Peppermint: (alpha) calcium stearate, peppermint flavour, sodium bicarbonate, sugar. 

Directions: Adults and adolescents ages 12 and over: Chew 2-4 tablets up to 12 tablets daily. Children ages 6-11: Chew 1-2 tablets up to 6 tablets daily. Doses should be separated by at least 2 hours. Take after meals and/or at bedtime, when symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. Do not swallow whole.

Caution: Relief of heartburn/acid reflux symptoms should occur within 5-10 minutes of taking the product. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, recur, worsen or if heartburn symptoms occur more than once per week in a child, or if heartburn/acid reflux is accompanied by painful swallowing, weight loss, vomiting of blood or recurrent vomiting. Except under your doctor’s advice, if pregnant or on a low-salt diet, do not exceed 3 tablets per day, do not take if you suffer from kidney disease or within 2 hours of another medicine because effectiveness may be altered. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid excessive humidity. Store between 15°C and 25°C.
