Everyone’s journey through peri-menopause and menopause is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. Over the years, I’ve tried countless products—most didn’t help much, simply because peri-menopause symptoms are constantly changing. Just when you think you’ve found something that works, your symptoms shift.

I’m a massive fan of acupuncture and herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms and treat the underlying issues (liver, spleen function etc).), I found these tablets provided a gentle, calming effect but didn’t completly resolve my sleeplessness (and I haven’t experienced night sweats yet), and I definately felt more noticeably relaxed.
I recommend giving this supplement a try fbecause it’s based on more natural ingredients which I find to be more beneficial over the long term for your general health and well being. Since everyone’s experience is different, you never know which combination of approaches will work best for you.

I just started using this herbal supplement, so I’m not claiming miracles yet — but it feels promising so far 🌸.
