DIRECTIONS OF USE

Iodine (from 225 mg of organic Norwegian kelp [Ascophyllum nodosum])

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, and silicon dioxide.
WARNINGS
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
