How to take Numark Multivitamins and Iron
Take 1 Numark Multivitamins and Iron tablet every day. For best results take with food. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
 
When should Numark Multivitamins and Iron not be used?
Numark Multivitamins and Iron are not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a healthy and balanced diet. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying health condition. This product contains iron which can be harmful to very young children when taken in excess.
