A fast and effective sleep aid for relief of occasional sleeplessness.
Directions: 20-30 minutes before going to bed, take 1 caplet with water. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. For occasional use only. Talk to your doctor before use if you are allergic to any ingredients in this product, or are taking antihistamines, including those used on your skin or in cough and cold medicines. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless directed by a physician. Caregivers should be aware that this medicine should not be given to elderly patients with confusion.
Keep out of reach of children. Store at 15-30°C.
Active Ingredient: 50mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride.
Inactive Ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, FD&C blue no.1 lake, hypromellose, lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil, silica, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin.
