Promensil Menopause Maintenance 30 Tablets

Helps provide relief from menopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats).
Helps support bone health and cardiovascular health.

Recommended use: May reduce severe and frequent menopausal symptoms (such as hot flashes/flushes and/or night sweats). Use for several weeks to see beneficial effects. Helps to reduce Bone Mineral Density losses with adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D in post-menopausal women. Use for a minimum of 6 months to see beneficial effects. Helps support cardiovascular health.

Directions (Menopausal/Post Menopausal Women): Take 1 tablet daily with food for at least 6 months.

Warnings: Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you: are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including for thyroid; have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids; have a liver disorder. Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms worsen; for use beyond 1 year; or you develop liver-related symptoms (abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine). Discontinue use and consult a health care professional if you experience: breast pain, discomfort, and/or tenderness; recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting. Do not use if you have/had breast cancer or have a predisposition to breast cancer as indicated by abnormal mammogram/biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.

Medicinal Ingredient: Red clover isoflavone extract (Trifolium pratense – leaf) 40mg of  Aglycone Isoflavone Equivalents (AIE).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, iron oxide, croscarmellose sodium, gum acacia, mixed tocopherols, macrogol 400, soybean oil, carnauba wax.
