How does Rennie work?
Rennie contains two antacids – calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate – that quickly neutralise extra stomach acid right where it starts. This fast action stops the burning feeling of heartburn and eases indigestion.
The tablets also contain simeticone, which gently breaks up trapped wind and reduces bloating. Working together, these ingredients give you complete stomach relief, helping you feel comfortable and confident again.
Directions
Take 1-2 tablets at a time when you experience symptoms. Do not take more than 11 tablets in 24 hours.
Warnings
Do not take Rennie’s if you are allergic to calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, simeticone or any of the other listed ingredients. Do not take these tablets if you have severe kidney disease, high calcium in the urine, high calcium or low phosphate levels in the blood or you have kidney stones
Tell your prescriber if you are taking any other medicines
These tablets are unsuitable for children under the age of 14
Avoid taking these tablets alongside large quantities of dairy products
