I ordered this WomenSense MenoSense high potency supplement that supports with perimenopause and menopause, for my Mother who complains of symptoms. This supplement is said to provide hot flash relief and reduce night sweats. I like that it has 210 capsules in the large bottle, and with a recommended dosage of two capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM the bottle should last for nearly two months. I like that the supplement is ISURA verified clean and that it is formulated and packaged in Canada, as well as having an NPN, which means is can legally be sold as a natural health supplement in Canada. I like that it includes Dong Quai extract, which is a staple in TCM for women’s hormone health. I like that it has a flip top lid, so it’s easy for my Mom to open. This seems to be a high quality supplement to me. Great find!

I’ve been taking WomenSense MenoSense for a few weeks now and so far it’s been helping. I got this to help manage perimenopause symptoms, mainly hot flashes, hormone swings, and occasional sleep issues, and while it’s not a magic fix overnight, I’ve noticed a gradual improvement.
The ingredient list is what sold me on it. It’s a solid blend with Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Vitex, Hesperidin, and Gamma-Oryzanol, all of which are known for hormonal support (at least from what I’ve read). I also like that it’s a Canadian brand and comes in a large value-size bottle with 210 capsules, so it lasts a while.
That said, it does take some time to feel the effects. It’s not instant, and if you’re expecting results in a couple of days, you may be disappointed. For me, it took about 2–3 weeks before I really noticed a difference.
Overall, if you’re looking for a natural way to support hormone balance and ease menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms, this is a great option, as long as you give it time to work.
