As few recipes call for them, supplementation is an easy way to reap their full benefits.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner for prolonged use.

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) flower bud
500 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of pullulan and purified water.
