Numark Co-Enzyme Q10 & Vitamin B1 Capsules are a daily food supplement that can help to support your energy levels and normal heart function. These capsules are free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, and contain no sugar or yeast.

This daily food supplement contains 30mg of Co-Enzyme Q10 in each capsule. They also contain 0.17mg of Thiamin, which is also known as Vitamin B1.

These capsules contain Co-Enzyme Q10, which is thought to help to support the metabolism and work as an antioxidant. Antioxidants help to protect your cells from oxidative stress.
