What are TePe Interdental Brushes? 
TePe Interdental brushes are very small toothbrushes designed to clean the gaps in between your teeth where a regular toothbrush can’t reach. It’s the most effective way to remove plaque between the teeth, with a plastic-coated wire for safe, gentle cleaning and a flexible neck for increased durability. Daily use can remove up to 40% more plaque than regular tooth brushing alone. 
What are the different brush sizes?
TePe Interdental Brushes come in 9 colour coded sizes to fit gaps between the teeth that are both narrow and wide. The different brushes and their corresponding sizes are: 
Pink (0) – 0.4mm
Orange (1) – 0.45mm 
Red (2) – 0.5mm
Blue (3) – 0.6mm
Yellow (4) – 0.7mm
Green (5) – 0.8mm
Purple (6) – 1.1mm 
Grey (7) – 1.3mm
Black (8) – 1.5mm
How to use TePe Interdental Brushes
Use the brush to gently clean in between all of your teeth, even where the gaps are small. Replace the protective cap once you’re done to keep the brush clean. Repeat this every day to make sure your teeth are free from plaque and protected against potential cavities. 
Why is it important to clean in between my teeth?
Keeping your teeth clean is important for preventing cavities, tooth decay and gum disease. Whilst brushing your teeth with a regular toothbrush twice a day is essential, so is brushing in between your teeth, especially if you have any gaps. Using interdental brushes is also useful for cleaning in between orthodontic fittings like braces.
